Before you start

A few things that will save you an hour.

  • Only fill the yellow-highlighted cells. Everything else is a formula. Editing outside those cells will break the dashboard.
  • Start with 3 objectives maximum. The system is designed for focus, not volume. Three well-chosen objectives outperform ten scattered ones every time.
  • Use the Weekly Check-in sheet every Monday. This is what makes the system live. Five minutes every week beats a monthly review every time.
  • The Retrospective sheet runs at cycle end. Use it after each 90-day cycle to score, learn, and set up the next one. The learning loop is where the real value compounds.
  • Google Sheets users: upload the file to Drive, then open it with Google Sheets. All formulas are compatible. Do not use the native Google Sheets import — it strips formatting.
